Operations & Administration  Intern

  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Administration Intern to support daily operations across facilities management, purchasing, logistics, and general administration. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the inner workings of business operations and the opportunity to learn how multiple support functions keep an organization running efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing office and facilities operations (maintenance requests, space organization, vendor coordination).
  • Support procurement and purchasing processes, including vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, and purchase order preparation.
  • Help coordinate logistics for deliveries, shipments, and inventory tracking.
  • Assist in maintaining administrative records, documentation, and asset databases.
  • Support company in events & meetings.
  • Participate in operational improvement projects or cost-saving initiatives.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and communication support.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ERP systems, and project/task management platforms.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
