We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Administration Intern to support daily operations across facilities management, purchasing, logistics, and general administration. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the inner workings of business operations and the opportunity to learn how multiple support functions keep an organization running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing office and facilities operations (maintenance requests, space organization, vendor coordination).
- Support procurement and purchasing processes, including vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, and purchase order preparation.
- Help coordinate logistics for deliveries, shipments, and inventory tracking.
- Assist in maintaining administrative records, documentation, and asset databases.
- Support company in events & meetings.
- Participate in operational improvement projects or cost-saving initiatives.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and communication support.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ERP systems, and project/task management platforms.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
