we are seeking a passionate Powertrain System Engineer to contribute to the development of advanced hybrid systems that bridge internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric drive technologies
Responsibilities
- Lead system-level design and development of hybrid powertrain systems, integrating ICE and electric drive components
- Define and analyze system requirements, interfaces, and performance metrics for hybrid architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (customer performance, tuning, electrical, software, and controls) to ensure system integration and validation)
- Define system validation requirements

Support hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) and model-in-the-loop (MiL) testing and validation efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive powertrain systems, with a strong focus on hybrid system development
- Deep understanding of internal combustion engines (ICE), electric drivetrains, and hybrid powertrain architectures (P0P4/P0P2)
- Experience in systems engineering processes including V-cycle development, requirements management, and traceability (e.g., DOORS,..)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of French/Spanish is a plus
