EVRaid Is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist This role requiring both high-level strategic vision and deep, hands-on technical expertise. You will be responsible for leading a team of 2–4 specialists to hit aggressive growth targets while personally managing and optimizing high-spend performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. This role is critical for our international expansion, requiring a leader who can identify new market opportunities and execute entry strategies with a focus on measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- • Manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars.
- 2.Performance Marketing & Execution
- Directly manage, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze performance metrics daily to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and ROAS.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to "Architect & Execute" ad sets, bidding strategies, and technical tracking.

Manage and allocate budgets across channels to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness
- 3. Content & Creative
- • Brief and manage designers, copywriters, and agencies to produce high-quality content.
- • Oversee the creation of marketing materials (videos, posts, landing pages, brochures).
- • Ensure messaging aligns with brand positioning and target audience.
- 4. Campaign Management
- • Lead multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution.
- • Track KPIs and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
- • Manage budgets for campaigns and ensure cost-effectiveness
- 5. Social Media Management
- • Oversee social media strategy, posting schedule, and community engagement.
- • Analyze engagement metrics and continuously improve content performance.
- 6. Events & Offline Marketing
- • Support planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and activations.
- • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- 7. Team Collaboration
- • Mentor junior marketing staff and provide guidance where needed.
- • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align messaging and goals
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Performance marketing (preferably in digital)
- Proven track record of managing and paid social and search campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo CRM).
- Basic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe tools).
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies (if relevant).
