We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper with 1–2 years of experience to manage inventory, maintain records, and ensure the smooth operation of store/warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining stock while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Record and update all stock movements in Odoo and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records to avoid discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and notify procurement for timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Sales Teams regarding material availability and delivery schedules.
- Issue materials to production based on approved requests and record transactions in ERP.
- Assist in preparing materials for dispatch as per sales or project requirements.
- Identify and report damaged, expired, or missing inventory.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse conditions in line with factory standards.
- follow warehouse safety and security procedures.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a factory or warehouse environment
- Experience using Odoo Inventory (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and FIFO principles
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and ERP (Odoo preferred)
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling
- Ability to perform basic physical tasks related to material handling
