Summer Training – Powertrain System Engineering

Overview:

This role offers students an opportunity to explore the fundamentals of powertrain systems in electric vehicles. The training includes exposure to system-level integration, design documentation, and technical analysis. 

Training Scope

  • Introduction to electric vehicle (EV) powertrain architecture
  • Support in preparing system documentation and technical diagrams 
  • Assisting in performance benchmarking and requirement tracking 
  • Exposure to simulation and modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) 
  • Collaboration with junior engineers on subsystem-level mockups

Who Can Apply?

  • Students in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
  • Basic understanding of electric motors, batteries, and drivetrains 
  • Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink is a plus 
  • Motivated to learn EV systems and engineering documentation
